- People who would like a certain level of cleansing and detoxification but cannot handle Panchakarma and want more relaxation included in the program
Programme Overview
According to Ayurveda, the three Doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—are the primary forces governing the body's physiological balance. These are supported by three essential pillars: Aahara (food), Nidra (sleep), and Brahmacharya (mental discipline and lifestyle awareness). Any imbalance in these sub-pillars directly affects Dosha function and overall health.
Because these pillars are influenced by personal choices, individuals can actively restore harmony by adjusting their daily habits. Building on this principle, the 7-Day Ayurveda Wellness Package is designed to offer a deep yet accessible introduction to Ayurvedic living. It supports participants in understanding their unique Prakriti (natural constitution) and current Vikruti (imbalance), while guiding them toward healthier patterns of self-care and healing.
Set in the serene Himalayan environment, this program helps shift focus away from daily stress and toward self-discovery and renewal. With personalized therapies, Ayurvedic consultations, and mindful routines, individuals are gently guided toward inner balance and a new perspective on health and well-being.

Program Module
On Day 1, participants receive a holistic consultation with a registered Ayurveda Doctor, including a detailed assessment of their constitution (Prakriti), current imbalances (Vikriti), and lifestyle history. Based on this, a personalized 7-day plan is created. The plan includes therapies and herbal remedies focused on oilation (Snehana), sudation (Swedana), relaxation, cleansing, energy regulation, and overall well-being. Each evening, a daily schedule is provided, outlining yoga, routines, meals, and therapies for the next day.
Daily Schedule
- Morning routine (first taught in guided sessions, then self-practice; materials provided — includes Neti, Kavala, eye exercise, eye wash)
- Yoga (3 guided classes will be provided, followed by self-practice on remaining days; doctor assistance available if required)
- Breakfast (8:30 AM to 9:00 AM)
- First session of therapy (anytime between 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
