  • Wellness enthusiasts aiming to realign body and mind through Ayurveda
  • People seeking natural healing from stress, fatigue, or early health imbalance

Programme Overview

The human body is a unique and complex system composed of diverse elements, functioning in a self-regulating and cyclical manner. It constantly engages in the exchange of matter and energy—taking in nutrients, transforming them, and releasing energy. The body's regulatory systems are both intricate and sensitive. These are governed by the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), which are influenced by factors such as time, season, age, location, diet, routines, sleep, and emotional state.

Understanding an individual's natural constitution (Prakriti) and making lifestyle choices accordingly allows the Doshas to function harmoniously. This enhances the efficiency of regulatory systems, promotes a state of balance, and ultimately sustains health and well-being. During this therapy process the energy, body parts, senses, emotion and mind will be taken care with love and respect.

The 5-Day Ayurveda Recreation Programme is designed to support physical and mental well-being through preventive, promotive, and progressive aspects of health.

Programme Overview

On Day 1, each participant receives a holistic consultation with a registered Ayurvedic consultant. This session includes Prakriti and Vikriti assessment, as well as an in-depth exploration of the individual's life experiences and health history.
