Programme Overview
According to Ayurveda, Ayu (life) is the balanced functioning of diverse elements within the human body, working together in a self-regulating and cyclical manner. The body constantly engages in the exchange of matter and energy—assimilating nutrients, transforming them, and eliminating waste. Its regulatory systems are governed by the three Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
These Doshas are influenced by factors such as season, time, age, environment, diet, routine, sleep, and emotions. When these factors disrupt the Doshas, the body shifts from its natural state (Prakriti) into an imbalanced state (Vikruti). Understanding one's constitution and making appropriate lifestyle choices helps restore harmony, enhance vitality, and support long-term well-being.
The 5-Day Ayurveda Deluxe Recreation Programme offers a focused experience of Ayurvedic healing, combining personalized consultation, therapeutic massages, cleansing treatments like Pinda Sveda, Pizhichil (oil baths), and practices such as yoga, pranayama, and sensory organ care. This carefully curated journey supports deep relaxation, inner balance, and a renewed connection with your body's natural healing intelligence.

Program Module
On Day 1, each participant receives a comprehensive consultation with a registered Ayurvedic doctor. This session includes a detailed Prakriti-Vikruti assessment, along with an exploration of the individual's health history, emotional patterns, and lifestyle influences. Based on this consultation, a personalized 5-day wellness plan is created. This plan includes Ayurvedic therapies, herbal medications, and tailored lifestyle guidance. Treatments focus on oilation (Snehana), sudation (Swedana), cleansing, energy regulation, and deep relaxation—all administered by a team of experienced Ayurvedic doctors and therapists. Every evening, a structured daily schedule for the next day is provided, outlining morning routines, yoga sessions, meal times, and therapy appointments.
