- Individuals seeking to understand their body constitution (Prakriti / Vikriti)
- Individuals seeking relaxation, mental detox, and a break from daily routines through guided wellness routine
Programme Overview
Often considered the first system of medicine ever established, Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old holistic science that incorporates a holistic approach towards the body (Shareera), senses (Indriyas), mind (Satwa), and spirit (Aatma). It emphasizes balanced living through proper diet, yoga, pranayama (breath regulation), stress management, and quality sleep (nidra), aiming to restore and maintain harmony in the body and mind.
Taking place in the very land where Ayurveda was born, this experience allows you to truly feel the essence of Ayurvedic therapies. With a caring and respectful approach, each session supports your physical and emotional well-being. Your energy, senses, emotions, and body are nurtured with love and attention, allowing space for deep relaxation and inner clarity.
The 3-Day Ayurveda Program is thoughtfully designed to support the preventive, promotive, and restorative aspects of physical and mental health.

Program Module
On Day 1, participants begin with a cleansing therapy followed by a holistic consultation with a registered Ayurveda Consultant. This includes a detailed Prakriti and Vikriti assessment, considering current health, life patterns, and past experiences. A personalized 3-day plan is then created. The next two days involve customized therapies, herbal medicine, and lifestyle recommendations focused on oilation, sudation, cleansing, relaxation, and energy balance. Each evening, a next-day schedule is shared, covering yoga, routines, meals, and therapies for a smooth healing experience.
