Programme Overview
In Ayurveda, the human body is viewed as a unique composition of the five great elements—Panchamahabhuta: Earth (Prithvi), Water (Apas), Fire (Tejas), Air (Vayu), and Space (Akasha). These elemental forces form the foundation of the Doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—which govern all bodily functions. Imbalances in these elements, due to poor diet, stress, emotional turbulence, and irregular lifestyle, disrupt internal harmony, leading to accumulation of toxins (Ama), fatigue, digestive disorders, and emotional stagnation.
The 14-Day Ayurveda Cleansing & Rejuvenation Programme is thoughtfully designed to address these imbalances through progressive stages of cleansing, nourishing, and revitalization. Beginning with an in-depth Ayurvedic consultation, the programme introduces personalized therapies like Snehana (internal & external oilation), Swedana (herbal steam), Abhyanga (oil massage). Therapies are supported by a wholesome Ayurvedic diet, herbal support, yoga, and breathwork that strengthen digestive fire (Agni), purify the channels (Srotas), and restore energetic balance.
This immersive experience helps revive vitality, improve clarity, and align body, mind, and spirit with the natural intelligence of the five elements.

Programme Module
The journey begins with a thorough holistic consultation by a registered Ayurvedic Consultant. This includes a detailed assessment of Prakriti and Vikruti, alongside an evaluation of lifestyle and medical history. Based on these insights, a customized 14-day treatment plan is created featuring selected therapies, herbal remedies, and lifestyle recommendations. The focus is on cleansing, rejuvenation, energy balancing, and wellness. Each evening, participants receive a personalized schedule outlining yoga, morning rituals, meals, and therapy sessions planned for the next day.
