Programme Overview

The human body operates through a complex network of channels called Srotas. These pathways facilitate the circulation of Doshas (regulatory energies), Dhatus (nourishing tissue essences), and Malas (metabolic wastes), which together maintain the body's physiological balance.

Over time, factors such as stress, poor diet, irregular routines, or environmental influences can block these channels. This disruption affects the natural flow of bodily substances and alters normal physiology. When caught early, these imbalances can be effectively addressed through Ayurvedic treatments including dietary changes, daily routines, and traditional therapies like oil application (Snehana), steam therapy (Swedana), and therapeutic massage.

The 10-Day Ayurveda Wellness Programme supports prevention, promotion, and healing of physical and mental health. It is designed to restore balance, enhance vitality, and promote overall well-being.

Programme Overview

Programme Module

The journey begins with a thorough holistic consultation by a registered Ayurvedic physician. This includes a detailed assessment of Prakriti and Vikruti, alongside an evaluation of lifestyle and medical history. The focus is on cleansing, rejuvenation, energy balancing, and wellness. Each evening, participants receive a personalized schedule outlining yoga, morning rituals, meals, and therapy sessions planned for the next day.
