Programme Overview
The human body is composed of a complex system of channels known as Srotas. These intricate pathways serve as conduits for the circulation of Doshas (regulatory energies), Dhatus (nourishing tissue essences), and Malas (metabolic waste products). Together, they support and regulate the body's physiological processes.
Over time, due to stress, improper diet, irregular routines, or environmental factors, these Srotas may become obstructed, disrupting the natural flow of bodily constituents and leading to altered physiology. In the early stages, such imbalances can be effectively corrected through Ayurvedic interventions—particularly with dietary modifications, daily regimens, and traditional therapies such as oilation (Snehana), sudation (Swedana), and therapeutic massage.
The 10-Day Ayurveda Luxury Wellness Programme is designed to support the preventive, promotive, and curative dimensions of health—addressing both physical and mental well-being.

Programme Module
On the first day, participants undergo a detailed holistic consultation with a registered Ayurvedic doctor. This includes an in-depth Prakriti-Vikruti assessment and a comprehensive review of the individual's life patterns and health history. Based on the consultation, a personalized 10-day treatment plan is developed, including carefully selected therapies, herbal medications, and lifestyle guidance. The treatments focus on cleansing, rejuvenation, energy balance, and overall wellness. A customized daily schedule is prepared and shared each evening, detailing yoga sessions, morning routines, meals, and therapy appointments for the following day.
Daily Schedule
- Morning routine (first taught in guided sessions, then self-practice; materials provided — includes Neti, Kavala, eye exercise, eye wash)
