Programme Overview
In our modern world, we are constantly exposed to environmental toxins, processed foods, and significant physical, Mental and emotional stress. Over time, these factors place a heavy burden on our digestive and metabolic systems, creating micro-level biochemical stressors that can subtly erode our health and well-being. This often manifests as diminished performance and, in the long run, can develop into more serious conditions.
This is why the ancient principle of "prevention is better than cure" is so vital. Our seven-day Ayurveda Allied Panchakarma Therapy is a specialized purification (shodhana) program designed to reset your system. It is beneficial for both those managing existing conditions and for apparently healthy individuals seeking to maintain their health.

Program Module

On Day 1, participants receive a holistic consultation with a registered Ayurveda Doctor, assessing Vikruti, and lifestyle history. Based on this, a personalized 7-day Panchakarma plan is prepared. The plan includes therapies and herbal preparations targeting oleation (Snehana), sudation (Swedana), cleansing, relaxation, energy regulation, and either Vamana or Virechana karma of Panchakarma. Daily schedules, provided each evening, outline yoga, routines, meals, and therapies for the following day.
Phases of the Panchakarma Procedure
Phase 1: Pre-Procedure
Purpose:
Prepare the body and mind for purification
Process:
Begins with a personalized consultation to assess your health and create a customized plan. This may be followed by Deepana and Pachana to ignite digestive fire and burn toxins. The body is further prepared with internal and external Snehana (oleation) and Swedana (steam therapy), along with a light diet, yoga, and pranayama.

Phase 2: Main Procedure
Purpose:
Detoxification and cleansing
Process:
Starts with Snehana and Swedana to loosen and move toxins. You will then undergo either Vamana (therapeutic emesis/ vomiting) or Virechana (Controlled therapeutic purgation) to cleanse the channels. Rest and a supportive diet are maintained throughout the day.

Phase 3: Post-Treatment / Rejuvenation
Purpose:
Restore balance and consolidate benefits
Process:
Involves gentle therapies like massages, steam therapy, and Shirodhara to nourish the body. A light diet, yoga, and meditation are continued for recovery and mental clarity. A final Rasayana consultation provides a long-term wellness plan.

Throughout the program, you'll receive supportive therapies like Abhyanga, Netra Tarpana, and Karna Poorana to enhance detoxification and promote overall well-being.
