Programme Overview

Based on the profound wisdom of Ayurveda, health is sustained by the harmonious flow through the body's subtle channels, or Srotas. When impaired digestion creates toxins (Ama), these channels become blocked, leading to imbalance and disease. Our 28-day Panchakarma Therapy program is a classical detoxification and rejuvenation process designed to restore this essential flow. It is meticulously planned to benefit both those facing health challenges and individuals seeking to maintain their well-being.

The program utilizes the foundational techniques of Panchakarma, starting with preparatory procedures (Purva Karma) like Snehana (oleation) and Svedana (sudation) to liquefy and mobilize toxins. This is followed by the main cleansing actions (Pradhana Karma)—such as Vamana, Virechana, Basti, and Shirovirechana—which are carefully selected to expel accumulated impurities based on their seat in the body.

Conducted on a daily basis for half days, this immersive experience allows you to focus exclusively on physical and sensory renewal, giving your mind a much-needed rest. Each evening, you will receive a detailed schedule for the following day, including therapy timings, yoga, meals, and recommended routines. This guided process demands patience, as the initial cleansing phase may bring feelings of weakness, but it ultimately leads to profound transformation. The result is a feeling of lightness, mental clarity, inner harmony, and the restoration of your body's natural rhythms, including hunger, sleep, and digestion.

Program Module

On Day 1, participants undergo a holistic consultation with a registered Ayurveda doctor, evaluating their Prakriti, Vikruti, and lifestyle history. Based on this assessment, a personalized 28-day Panchakarma plan is prepared. The plan includes therapies and herbal preparations focusing on oleation (Snehana), sudation (Svedana), cleansing, relaxation, and energy regulation. Main Panchakarma therapies such as Vamana, Virechana, Basti, and Shirovirechana are administered, with Asthapana and Anuvasana Basti given as part of Basti Karma. Each evening, participants receive a schedule for the following day, detailing yoga, routines, meals, and therapies.
