Programme Overview

Our 17-day Panchakarma and Allied Therapy Program is designed for both those seeking relief from health conditions and healthy individuals wishing to rejuvenate and restore balance. Conducted in half-day sessions, the program offers a blend of classical therapies, personalized care, and holistic routines.

The journey begins with a consultation by a registered Ayurveda doctor, including assessment of Vikruti (imbalance) and Physical Examination. Based on this, a customized plan is created, including therapies, yoga, meals, and herbal support tailored to each individual.

Panchakarma, the core of the program, cleanses and revitalizes by addressing the three doshas at their seats in the body: Vamana for Kapha, Virechana for Pitta, Basti for Vata, and Nasya for disorders of the head and senses. Therapies are carried out in three phases — preparation (Snehana and Svedana), main purification (Vamana, Virechana, Basti), and post-care with diet, routines, and herbal formulations.

Over the course of the program, participants experience lightness, clarity of thought, improved digestion, balanced sleep, and a deeper sense of inner harmony. With patience and guidance, this transformative process restores natural rhythms, strengthens immunity, and promotes lasting well-being.

Programme Overview

Program Module

On Day 1, participants undergo a holistic consultation with a registered Ayurveda doctor, evaluating their Prakriti, Vikruti, and detailed history. Based on this assessment, a personalized 17-day Panchakarma plan is prepared. The plan includes therapies and herbal preparations focusing on oleation (Snehana), sudation (Svedana), cleansing, relaxation, and energy regulation. Main Panchakarma therapies such as Vamana/Virechana, Basti, and Shirovirechana are administered, with Asthapana and Anuvasana Basti given as part of Basti Karma. Each evening, participants receive a schedule for the following day, detailing yoga, routines, meals, and therapies.

Phases of the Procedure

In the 17-day program, 3 Panchakarma therapies are provided: either Vamana or Virechana, and two Bastis.
