Programme Overview

Our mind and body possess an innate, subtle intelligence designed to maintain harmony and health through its own natural rhythms and biological clock. However, the stresses of modern life—unwholesome food, unconducive actions, and mental or emotional pressures—can disrupt this delicate balance. This imbalance of the doshas, known as "prajnaparadha" or a lapse in innate wisdom, affects our intellect, willpower, and memory, often leading to lifestyle disorders, anxiety, and chronic health issues.

Your personalized journey includes deeply cleansing therapies such as Basti (medicated enemas) to purify the colon (which is one of the main residences of vata) and nourish the nervous system, along with rejuvenating treatments like Ubatana, Pinda Sveda, and steam baths to revitalize the skin, muscles, and circulation.

Through practices such as Shirodhara, yoga, pranayama, and meditation, the program transcends mere detoxification—it calms the mind, enriches the energy centers (chakras), and cultivates total awareness. Each evening, you will receive a detailed schedule for the following day, including therapy timings, yoga, meals, and personal routines, all expertly guided by our team of Ayurvedic doctors and therapists. This immersive process eliminates accumulated toxins, rejuvenates bodily tissues, and helps you reclaim a state of vibrant, lasting well-being.
