Programme Overview
In this dynamic world, the human life system constantly interacts with internal and external environments. Each person has a biological clock that regulates the body and mind, ensuring proper functioning, repair, rejuvenation, and elimination of toxins to maintain harmony and health. However, daily stress, challenges, and environmental pressures can disrupt this rhythm, leading to physical, emotional, or psychological imbalances. While the body has an inner capacity to restore balance, proper support is needed.
The 10-Day Ayurveda Allied Panchakarma Program is designed for both healthy individuals seeking preventive care and those with existing health concerns. It combines therapies that work on multiple levels to cleanse, rejuvenate, and restore harmony. Treatments include Sodhana Basti for colon cleansing, Netra Tarpana for eye rejuvenation, Ubtana, Pinda Sveda, massages, and steam baths to revitalize muscles, skin, and circulation, and deep relaxation therapies like Shirodhara, Chakrabasti, Sirobasti, and Tail Dhara. Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation are integrated to enhance mental clarity, awareness, and overall well-being.
To maximize benefits, we recommend staying with us, as we provide a serene environment for complete healing. This 10-day program not only detoxifies the body but also restores balance, rejuvenates the mind, and supports lasting health and holistic well-being.
